'This was a wonderful experience for our Year 3 students. They were
fully engaged and inspired and left with a better understanding of
Tasmania's history from the point of view of The Woodsdale School. We
have recommended this excursion to all of our colleagues. Learning about
history through 'hands on' experiences was wonderful!"

Dear Sue,
We had a wonderful day on Monday 14th and have many wonderful photos and
lots of real life experiences to remember.
Please pass on our thanks to all the wonderful volunteers who put so much
into it on the day as well as all the work you have all done prior to the
opening of the Heritage School.
You will be receiving a letter from our class via snail mail.
We have handed on the information too the other teachers with good reports.

Thanks so much for yesterday. The girls had a great time. The volunteers are so patient and it was wonderful that they were able to share their local knowledge.
